While using sociocracy in our association governance we have encountered a problem concerning our abbillity keep agendas, meeting logs, desicions and other records in an orderly and acessible fassion. There have been a need for many logins and multiple sharing structures and protocols for how things should be done to be able to keep order and accessability. This have felt complicated and the learning curve might have detered participation. Logs of our meetings as well as dessicions and meeting calls need to go out to all our members and from most meetings follow some asignments that require sharing of information and data. To have this information and data floating around internett in an uncontrolled manner is insecure and open up for problematic situations. buy having a good solution to this problems the association could spend less time on keeping order and searching for information and worry for security conserns, which would lead to that more of the associations members feel comfortable to participate in
