# Sociocracy 3.0 our lordess and saviour! Sociocracy 3.0 proposes a set of tools and patterns that serve to manage groups, facilitate the positive transformation of individuals, teams and organizations through to a more conscious collaboration. Sociocracy 3.0, also known as S3, is based on sociocratic principles and practices that integrates influences from Agile, Lean, Holocracy and Nonviolent Communication philosophies, and encompassing all aspects of collaboration. It is a free and open frame of reference that provides organizations with different models and systems to apply, make compatible and adapt according to their own context and unique needs. S3 also addresses the difficulties that arise when collaboration between multiple teams, organizations, and networks is necessary. It acts as an open 'social technology' that generates a sense of common commitment to mainly the understanding of the benefit of respect, diversity and inclusion. It facilitates co-creativity, shared responsibility and naturally lead people towards a more conscious and effective joint decision-making, The efficient appliance of true collective intelligence. Association has taken the decision to use sociocracy as it's main governance form and it have been a grate experience. Our meeting times have gone down from days to hours. From hours to a half hour.. It have left our organisation in a state of consent at all times. It have provided us with tools to make an objection against anything in the tree of decisions that constitutes our association, a moments notice. For all of our members. It has for me personally increased the trust in the possibility for achievement of the associations goal immensely. If you are interested to participate in constructing the tool for starting up earthly paradises that our association is meant to be, this is a grate starting point.
